Centric. We work with the
stakeholders of a system, especially the end users, during
all phases of the work. We observe the user operating
in his or her environment, performing his or her work.

| Analysis.
Analysis is focused on creating
system requirements. During this period we work with the
end users and other system stakeholders to define what
is the problem to be solved. The major tool we use in
this phase is contextual inquiry (Planning Worksheets
and Planning Meetings). The results of the analysis phase
include clear system requirements, the overall process
being supported, use cases, user profiles and an understanding
of the user environment. |
| Design.
We will create a solution
for your organization. Once we have this solution, we
will test it on our servers in a controlled environment.
Once we are confident in the solution, we will move to
the implementation phase. |

Implementation.
This phase is the creation and
customization of software, and installation and tuning
of software and hardware. This phase is the most straightforward,
since we've already done the hard work in the previous
two phases.During the implementation phase we will continue
to test the solution and its effectiveness. We will
also use this opportunity to modify and tune it for
perfection. The client will begin using the solution
in their organization.

& Fine Tune.
After the implementation is
completed, we will monitor the performance of the solution.
Our programmers will tune the solution to ensure its effectiveness.
The client will continue to use the solution and request
enhancements. |
