We offer three levels of support that can be adapted to suit your needs.

silver is for enterprises that have chosen to work in a private network. Security is not a priority and there is no qualified personnel to administer the servers.
gold is for enterprises who are concerned about security and have personnel who could be trained to administer the servers.
platinum is for enterprises who are extremely concerned about security and want to do the maximum to ensure that their private network stays private
