You need to take orders from your Website, but your
shops are not Internet connected. This solution allows
you to have an E-commerce Website that sends order forms
as emails. The Mail to Fax Gateway distributes orders
to your desired locations as fax messages.
A Linux machine is configured to be an email and a
fax server in a network of either homogenous or mixed
computing platforms. This machine serves Windows, Mac,
or Unix client machine as LAN email server, fax server
and mail to fax gateway.

| Email server - All
employees have the ability to exchange email
inside of the enterprise without needing an
Internet service provider. To send emails
to outside recipients is needed external SMTP
server as a smarthost. |
| Fax server
- All employees have
the ability to send and receive faxes from
any client machine (Windows, Mac, Unix). |
| Mail to Fax Gateway
- All outputs from
Website forms (orders, quote requests, enquieries
etc) can be redirected to one or different
fax numbers. Additionaly all employees have
the ability to send emails to preconfigured
addresses that are set to redirect mails to
faxes. |
